On 1 April 2023, North Yorkshire Council will replace the eight councils currently delivering public services in North Yorkshire. Having one new council will save money by joining up services to end duplication, helping to support services so they are stronger and fit for the future, as well as fund local decision-making.

We've launched 'Let's Talk' to hear your views on a variety of important topics including local priorities, the proposed Community Networks, the new council budget and the proposed devolution deal for North Yorkshire.
