Service currently unavailable due to Coronavirus
Based on the Government's guidance relating to the Coronavirus, as of 18 March 2020 a ‘duty planner’ service will no longer be available at the council's Mercury House reception until further notice.
Planning Officers remain available via email or telephone however if you are unable to make direct contact with a Planning Officer please contact the Duty Planner via email at email@example.com or by telephone on 01748 901131. If you leave a short message and your contact details you will be contacted within 2 working days.
A 'duty planner' service is available without appointment from 9.00 am - 1.00 pm, Monday - Friday.

Any queries received outside these hours will be responded to the next working day.
Planning officers and the conservation officer are available for pre-arranged meetings at other times and technical support officers are available during office hours to assist in completing and checking application submissions.
Enforcement officers are available during office hours to deal with urgent matters relating to unauthorised works being carried out to a listed building, or felling of protected trees.
