The Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority deals with planning applications for the national park area.
Planning application information submitted to us is protected by the Copyright Acts (Section 47,1988 Act). You may only use material which is downloaded and/or printed for consultation purposes, to compare current applications with previous schemes and to check whether developments have been completed in accordance with approved plans. Further copies must not be made without prior permission of the copyright owner.
Accuracy of information
While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of data, the planning information contained in the site is at present incomplete and must not be used as a substitute for carrying out a formal land charge search. This includes details of historic applications and constraints on a particular site.
Plans are frequently amended. If you print off a document, there may be a newer version available at a later date.
