Deadline approaching for Covid business grants
Richmondshire businesses are being urged not to miss out on vital grant funding.
Applications for three of the Covid-19 related schemes close on March 31. They can provide up to £9,000 funding for eligible businesses.
They are:
- Local Restrictions Support Grant (Closed) for lockdown two - 5 November to 1 December 2020
- Local Restrictions Support Grant (Closed) and Local Restrictions Support Grant (Open) for tier 2/3 period - 2 December 2020 to 4 January 2021
- Local Restrictions Support Grant (Closed) and Business Support Package for lockdown three - 5 January 2021 to 15 February 2021
Entitlement to these grants is based on the business operating from premises with rateable values, have been mandated to close (for the closed grants) - or be open and severely impacted under the open grants.
The deadline of March 31 cannot be extended as it is a national government deadline. All criteria is explained on our Covid-19 business grants page.
