Applications open for the Community Investment Fund
The next round of a funding stream that has seen more than £900,000 invested into the Richmondshire community has re-opened.
Local groups can apply for a cut of the £120,000 left in the District Council’s Community Investment pot. The funding is designed to support specific community projects or activities taking place within the district.
Over the last three years it has supported 61 schemes helping with everything from play equipment to village hall refurbishments, community gardens and woodlands, footpaths, sports schemes and facility updates.
Applications must be received by 19 February for a decision in March.
