We have set up a Landlord Accreditation Scheme which will benefit landlord's in many ways including:
- letting your property safe in the knowledge that it meets all the legal requirements
- advertising your properties at all the Richmondshire District Council community offices
- access to advice and support from the Private Sector Housing Link Officer and other council departments
- access to both a model Tenancy Agreement and a Model Inventory
- an information pack including a membership certificate
- invitation to attend a landlords forum which provides access to support, training and advice from housing professionals.
