We use information about our properties to establish which of our homes are due for improvements and when this work will take place. Our housing stock database tells us the age of items such as kitchens, bathrooms and boilers, and when they are likely to need replacing.
If your property is due an upgrade, we will be in touch to arrange a visit to your home to carry out a survey. We will confirm improvements works to you in writing to give you the opportunity to plan ahead.
All the proposed works listed on this page are subject to available funding and a full survey of individual properties to determine the exact specification of the work required. The programme is subject to change.
