Farming recovery fund

This fund, which opened on 20 September 2019, enables farmers in North Yorkshire who have suffered uninsurable damage to their property to apply for grants of between £500 and £25,000 to cover repair costs. The grants cover restoration work such as rebuilding dry stone walls, re-cultivating productive land and replacing damaged field gates.

Farmers have until 31 March 2020 to submit an application to the Rural Payments Agency for this funding.

Further details can be found on GOV.UK's blog site. Click on the link to access the farming recovery fund application form
