tell us about a change that could affect your discount entitlement
tell us when your property becomes furnished or unfurnished
tell us when your contact details change
request a change to your payment method
provide bank details for a refund of overpaid council tax
request a copy of your last council tax bill
tell us you are acting as a power of attorney
tell us about a bereavement
any other change
