The council is seeking to appoint a part time 16 hours per week, Tenancy Relations Assistant  to work with along side  the Tenancy Relations Officers and Housing Management Officers within the Landlord Service.

The post holder will be required to provide a pro active estate management and tenancy enforcement service with regard to Council tenancies.  Duties will include responding to reports of anti-social behaviour which will range from fly tipping incidents to neighbour disputes and breaches of tenancy.  You will also be required to undertake inspections to communal areas of general needs flats  to ensure compliance with the tenancy agreement and prevailing legislation.

The post holder should have experience of dealing with anti social behaviour, have a good understanding of community safety issues together with the ability to be assertive when necessary and a good team player.
