Salary: Grade 6 (SCP 18-20), £20,092 – £20,903 per annum

Role

An opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified tradesperson to join the Landlord Services, to perform painting duties within the Repairs and Maintenance Team.

The post holder will work as part of a team, undertaking painting work.  The work can include painting communal areas, external painting requirements, fence and gate painting, as well as paper hanging and Artex.  The work includes all preparation and finishes.

The successful candidate must be able to work on his/her own and use initiative when required to resolve a problem, having the ability to seek advice from his/her line manager as well as making suggestions for improvements.

The post holder should have good communication skills and be able to work as part of a team, as well as independently.
