Role
The Landlord Services team are looking for an individual to provide a repair and maintenance service to the Council’s housing stock. The main duties will include virtually all aspects of building maintenance including plastering, plumbing, painting, bricklaying, roofing and joinery but excluding electrical and gas work. Due to the demands upon the service, preference will be given to those who have a recognized qualification/ time served trade within bricklaying, roofing and/or plastering.
To be considered for this post you must have a sound knowledge of building construction and maintenance. You must be customer focused and have good communication skills.
