Salary: Grade 10 (SCP 32-34), £29,636 to £31,371 per annum pro rata

Contract Type: Permanent 

Working Pattern: Part time 

Hours: 18.5 Hours per week to include working full day on a Friday

Richmondshire District Council has an exciting opportunity for a motivated HR professional to join their small but busy HR team as HR Advisor on a permanent, part time-basis.  

Being part of a small yet dynamic authority, the HR team provide an efficient and responsive service, providing appropriate advice and undertaking tasks across the full remit of HR activity.

The role is a true generalist role will involve the provision of appropriate and practical HR advice to members of staff across the council including the Senior Management Team, Service Managers, Members and Employees.

The successful candidate will be a ‘hands-on’ yet professional generalist HR practitioner with excellent communication, persuasive and organisational skills, along with the ability to prioritise a demanding workload.
