We are looking for a Customer Services Officer who is friendly, hardworking and thrives in a fast pace environment. You will need to have a warm, approachable manner, excellent communication skills and a great work ethic to join our Customer Services Team.

As a Customer Services Officer, you will work directly with customers to meet their needs, answer their questions and provide support via our contact centre and community offices.

The person in this role must also have a good general education, be numerate, a mature approach, good interpersonal skills, the ability to deal confidentially and sympathetically and be able to work with minimum supervision. Good IT skills and cash handling experience and a clean driving licence are essential.  Previous experience in a customer service environment would be desirable.
