Procurement and supply level 3 qualification
One procurement day is never the same as the previous one. You will be assisting in the search for new products or new suppliers to meet the variable requirements needed for the council’s ever-changing operations.
Working alongside our Senior Procurement Officer your administrative support will be helpful to the successful purchase of goods and services needs by the council and our community of Richmondshire.
You will contribute to the sourcing of new suppliers using market research for on-going tenders and assist with the monitoring of the commercial benefits and status of procurement projects. This may involve for example, spend and trend analysis; cost-benefit analysis saving profile - forecast and actual; and may utilise that information to support procurement decisions.
