Poll cards to all electors registered by 1 March 2021 will be despatched on 22 March 2021. New electors will receive poll cards after 13 April 2021 up until 5 May 2021. |

It's never too early to apply for an absent vote for the forthcoming elections. To apply complete a postal vote application form and send it to the council's electoral registration team. Completed application forms must reach the electoral registration team by 5.00pm on Tuesday 20 April 2021. |

To apply to vote by proxy in this election, completed proxy application forms must reach the electoral registration team by 5.00pm on Tuesday 27 April 2021. If you are unable to vote in person after this date due to medical or work reasons, you can apply for an emergency proxy. |

You will have until 5pm on 6 May to apply for a replacement for a spoilt or lost postal vote. Replacement postal ballot packs will only be issued in person to the elector themselves at Mercury House, Station Road, Richmond DL10 4JX. |
Receipt of emergency proxy vote applications |

Emergency proxy vote applications for medical or work-related emergencies will only be accepted in person at Mercury House, Station Road, Richmond DL10 4JX. To arrange an emergency proxy please contact the electoral registration team directly. The deadline for emergency proxy applications is 5.00pm on polling day, Thursday 6 May 2021. |
