Every year the we undertake consultation on all sorts of issues and there are plenty of ways to contact us to make your views known.
Our consultation officer, is available to help communities with their consultation and survey needs, offering help with survey design, question formation, survey layout, printing and analysis of returning forms.

On some of our questionnaires and surveys, we undertake equalities monitoring to ensure that we're providing fair and equitable services to all our customers. All the information you provide is treated confidentially and used for statistical monitoring only.
Councillors on scrutiny committees are able to look into anything that affects the wellbeing of residents and make recommendations for improvements. They look internally at the workings, policies and performance of the council, and at external authorities and agencies.
