Level 4 Apprentice Brewer, Richmond

We’re a small brewery with a big welcome based in Richmond’s former railway station, now transformed into a lively visitor attraction. Visitors can watch our artisan brewing in progress and we are happy to answer their questions. We offer group brewery tours and tasting sessions.

We are looking for an enthusiastic all rounder, who is competent in both the technical demands of brewing and also able to converse with members of the public. The position will offer everything from learning to brew, sales and marketing, logistics and many other parts of the brewing and promotion process. A two year apprenticeship course will be offered alongside day to day learning "on the job". Pay to be confirmed for the right candidate. Level 2 Hairdressing Apprentice, Richmond

We are looking for an apprentice to join our busy salon working as part of the team and to learn hairdressing skills whilst attending college once a fortnight. Practical experience will be gained whilst undertaking core duties such as answering the telephone, booking appointments, engaging with clients and maintaining a tidy working environment in the salon. Further duties will be added as training modules are successfully completed.

Level 2 Butchery Apprentice, Bedale

The successful applicant will undertake a range of duties leading to developing the necessary skills to become a fully qualified butcher. Duties will include butchery, checking product and packaging specification, completing paperwork, whilst maintaining Health and Safety standards at all time.
