LEP Conference and LIS workshops - 26 June
The YNYER LEP Conference has been announced for 26 June. The conference will be followed by consultation workshops for the Local Industrial Strategy. The consultation will consist of four place based workshops: Rural Powerhouse, Opportunity Coast, City of York, Yorkshire Market Towns and Future High Street. Places will be limited and attendance will be by booking only. For more information, follow this link.
Champions for the workshop categories are needed so FSB can be represented at all sessions. If you have a special interest in any of the above topics for this event, or for future policy work and local research, please contact FSB stating what your specialist topic is so that they can contact you for your input.
Grow Yorkshire survey
Grow Yorkshire have asked food and farming businesses to take a key role in shaping future policy and support. They are really keen to know what issues lie at the heart of your business, so that we can work with our partners to ensure the right help and support is available to you. All entries submitted will enter a prize draw to win a free consultation with Brown and Co consultancy services, to give you a "Fit for the Future" strategic business appraisal review. The survey should only take 5 minutes to complete.
