Why do we collect your personal information?
To enable contractors to make contact with tenants to arrange surveys and advise of planned replacement of items such as kitchens, bathrooms, heating systems, roofing etc.

Contractors carrying out the works
How long do we keep your information for?
For no more than 1 year – contractors destroy information at the end of each year’s works programme
What is our lawful basis for processing your information?
We process your information as part of our public task:
- To facilitate works to upgrade/improve tenanted properties on a cyclical basis determined by the anticipated lifespan of major components
