Visit us - community offices

SignLive - support for British Sign Language users

We have now partnered with BSL Online Interpreting Service, SignLive. This enables residents from the deaf community to contact the council ‘live’ via a professional British Sign Language interpreter free of charge.

This free service can be used when calling us from your home or if you are visiting Mercury House in Richmond. The service is available Monday to Thursday from 8.45am to 5.15pm, and Fridays from 8.45am to 4.45pm.
