Affordable Warmth & Fuel Poverty: information from the District Council bringing together all the help you can take advantage of to save money on your energy bills, other things you can do, and where to get help and advice if you are already in fuel debt.
Assisted Refuse Collection Service: A Richmondshire District Council service for people who are unable to present their waste containers at the kerbside due to disability or infirmity.

Energy Ombudsman: It is the independent body that resolves disputes between customers and their energy companies associated with billing and transfer, service and sales issues.
Energywatch:The independent gas and electricity watchdog, providing free and impartial advice and they will take up your case if you feel you’re being treated unfairly by your gas or electricity supplier.
