Office.
We are here to give you help and advice on all aspects of Richmondshire District Council services including the completion of forms and making telephone contact with other organisations on your behalf.
We also display a large selection of leaflets and forms belonging to various organisations and information regarding forthcoming local events.

We now process vehicle and insurance documentation production
on behalf of the police together with recording any lost and found
items.
You can make payments for the following RDC
items:
- House and Garage Rents
- Council tax
- Non-Domestic rates
- RDC invoices
- Car parking fines
- Lifeline Scheme
- Purchase your yearly RDC parking permit
- Licencing fees
- Planning fees
- Excess refuse charges
Collect or/Hand In:

We are able to scan original documents for claims and these are sent directly to the Benefits team.
