to you. Some of our information is personal to
individuals living in the District, other information is more
general and relates to Council business, our priorities and
decisions.
We are committed to managing our information effectively and
in compliance with the following pieces of legislation:

- Freedom of Information Act 2000
- Environmental Information Regulations 2004
- Re-use of Public Sector Information Regulations 2005
As part of our compliance, we have written a public services
trust charter, our 'Information Charter', which explains how we
will manage our information, what your rights are, and what you can
expect from us.
