The Budget Proposals for 2010/11

Richmondshire District Council provides a wide range of services to local residents and businesses including housing, waste management, licensing and community safety.

The budget proposals are predicated on maintaining services and this will result in a 2.5% rise in Council Tax, which is equivalent to a 8.9p per week rise on a band D property.

1. Do you agree with this increase, which will maintain your local services?

If you think it should be less, please go to question 2. If you think it should be more, please go to question 3.

2. If you think the increase should be less, which of these services would you reduce spending on? Please mark up to five boxes.
