Sometimes due to severe weather we are unable to make
collections therefore we have to prioritise the grey bin
collections which means that your recycling collections will be
cancelled.
If recycling collections have not been made on your scheduled
collection day you should take it in and place it out again on the
next scheduled collection day. Residents are asked to place any
excess recycling out in carrier bags or take it to their nearest
bring to site - see http://www.richmondshire.gov.uk/
for details. If additional capacity for garden waste is needed
please contact the helpline for a supply of biodegradable green
bags.
If your grey bin has not been collected on your scheduled
collection day please leave it out at kerbside until it has been
emptied.
If your commercial bin has not been collected please contact
your waste carrier.
Notifications of cancellations or delays will be placed on the
website and also given to local media.
