North Yorkshire County Council provide  the library  service for the Richmondshire District The service provides access to books, computers, music and films for people who live, work or study in North Yorkshire.

 

The service is based in both static and mobile libraries throughout the county, to ensure that everyone can benefit from access to a  range of facilities.
