Sportivate Funding
Sportivate will be open to everyone aged
between 14 and 25 and will launch in April 2011, running until
March 2015. Over this period Sport England will invest £32
million of National Lottery funding in the programme.
The programme is looking for applications from all types of groups
who wish to provide an activity for the above age groups over a
period of 6 to 8 weeks. Activities must show that there is a
clear exit route for participants after the initial period but
funding can be obtained for anything from coaching and venue costs
to marketing and training. There is a rolling application
process and on line applications can be made by clicking on
the following link to the North Yorkshire Sport website.
