Lifeline Service

Skip main content Skip main content

The Lifeline Service is a communication system which enables you to summon help at any time – day or night

The current charge for the service is £4.61, plus VAT of 92p making a total of £5.53 per week.

If you are registered disabled we can complete a VAT exemption certificate which reduces the cost.

For anyone in receipt of Housing or Council Tax Benefit we will complete with you an application for Support Subsidy which will cover the cost of the Lifeline charge.

If you are  not in receipt of these benefits, we can help you complete an application for a financial assessment which will be carried out by North Yorkshire County Council, which may also result in you getting help towards the Lifeline charges.

If you would like to talk to a member of the team please ring 01748 829100 and ask for Lifeline.  We will be happy to talk to you about the service, and if you are interested we will arrange for one of our team to contact you to make an appointment to visit you and a member of your family if you wish at your home.
