The Lifeline
Service
The Lifeline Service is a communication system which enables
its users to summon help at any time - day or night.
It is backed up by our team of mobile wardens who visit
clients, help them acquire additional support if needed and respond
to requests for assistance and emergencies 24 hours a day. If
you are elderly, disabled, recuperating or caring for someone then
the Lifeline Service is for you.
Users are provided with a Lifeline Unit which enables them to
call our control centre at the press of a button, the operator
there will talk to the caller and summon the necessary assistance
if required.
The Richmondshire Lifeline Service is more than just an
emergency helpline. We visit you to explain how the service works
and install the equipment (at no extra cost). We visit you to
ensure all is well, to test the equipment and to validate our
records.
When you need help we are only the press of a button away,
24hours a day.
Lifeline can help you maintain your valued independence whilst
giving you and your family peace of mind.
remember, you too can enjoy your independence with peace of
