Housing Associations
Housing Associations play an important role in the provision
of affordable housing in Richmondshire. The Council makes
nominations for vacancies to Housing Associations operating
locally. Housing Associations usually hold their own waiting
lists.
You should contact the Housing Association yourself to see
whether you need to be on a separate waiting list to be considered
for vacancies in your area of choice.
Housing Associations are sometimes called Registered Social
Landlords.
