There are many different sorts of housing related problems.
The best way to deal with them often depends on the nature of the
problem and (if you are in rented accommodation) who the landlord
is.
If you are concerned about crime or antisocial behaviour then please click on the
relevant link to find out more. Alternatively, if you would like to
make a complaint about a tenant then you should
contact their landlord.
Tenants in any form of rented accommodation can equally
contact their landlord with any issues, concerns, problems or
suggestions.
- If you are a council-tenant you should click here to report a problem or make a suggestion.
- If you are a tenant with a Registered Social Landlords (often called Housing Associations) you should contact them.
If you are in army accommodation you should contact the
Defence Estates Housing Directorate.
