If you are struggling to meet your rent, we would advise you
to consider carefully whether you need to keep the garage and to
contact us. You can speak to us on 01748 829100. Ask to speak to
the Finance and Monitoring Officer.
If you are in rent arrears, we have a policy which we will
follow before you will be evicted. You will be sent two written
warnings. If you are still in arrears after your second written
warning, then the Council will serve a notice on you and take
possession of your garage after the notice expires (7 days).
