Youth Matters - a youth strategy for the
young people of Richmondshire.
Why are we writing a strategy for you?
The short answer is because we should.
You are part of our community, you use and receive
the same services and have the same rights and
responsibilities as everyone else.
You are also our future and if we want to improve the
quality of life for all in the district then we need to
involve everyone, and that includes you. We need you to tell
us what is good and bad about living in Richmondshire, what would
make your life better and what you want for the future. We
also need to know when we have things right, as well as when you
think we've got it wron.
While we can't promise everything, this strategy is our
commitment to:
- Listen to what you have to say
- Take your views into account when we plan and deliver
services
- Meet you needs and aspirations.
