The Statement of Community Involvement (SCI) explains how
and when the community will be consulted and involved in the
preparation of LDF documents. This provides an
opportunity for all parts of the community to access, comment upon
and influence the development plan process.
The SCI was examined by an Independent Inspector appointed by
the Planning Inspectorate. It was found to be sound, subject
to minor amendments and has been adopted.
