In our revised
Local Development Scheme, we propose to prepare
an Area Action Plan (AAP) to focus on the area likely to experience
the most development in Richmondshire. This will cover
Hipswell, Scotton and Colburn and the Catterick Garrison main
military site. At the moment we are developing the strategic
framework for the AAP in the preparation of the
Core Strategy.
