As part of the Local Development Framework the Council is
required to produce an
Annual Monitoring Report
(AMR). This document sets out progress on the preparation and
monitoring of the Local Development Framework.
The Annual Monitoring Report provides both a progress
statement on the preparation of the Richmondshire Local Development
Framework and an evaluation of the success of the existing adopted
Local Plan. The report is set out in two main sections; the first
of which provides the progress statement. The second section sets
out the indicators that will be used to monitor the progress
against national, regional and local targets.
