Consultation event
A major consultation event was held in The Station, Richmond, on June 10. More than 100 people attended to have their say.
Background
The consultation process followed a decision at a meeting of our Resources Committee on April 8 to collate a range of options for the future of Yorke Square as a community resource. Members asked for a report to be brought back when this work has been completed.
At the same meeting, councillors voted to formally withdraw a planning application for the site.
These decisions were ratified at a Council meeting on April 29.
