Tenants’ Annual Report – Grapevine

The first Annual Report 2010, developed in response to the
Tenant Services Authority Regulatory Framework. This new
framework is made up of five national standards which the
Council’s landlord service is required to meet. In
response to tenant feedback at an event held in the summer of 2010
we have produced two reports; one a summary version to
provide an overview of the national standards and what the council
is currently doing to meet those standards and what the council is
planning to do to improve its service. The second report
provides more detail on each standard and the work being undertaken
by the council.
