Colburn Leisure Centre is holding
a family fun day next month.
Residents will be able to try out all the
activities for free with many activities being held around the
complex such as a skate park, graffiti boards and mixing
decks, multi sports activities, arts and crafts, face painting,
bouncy castle and small rides plus a range of food.
The Centre has been serving the local
community and surrounding area since 2002 and through the new
management of Richmondshire Leisure Trust are developing and
improving the service they provide to the local community.
“We would like to invite everyone within the
local and wider community to this event so that they can start to
see the direction we are moving the centre,” said Austin Gordon,
Richmondshire Leisure Trust General Manager.
“Already investment has been put into the
infrastructure of the centre as well as a new membership package
devised and new services added which we believe will improve all
that is offered from the centre to the community”.
The event takes place from 10am – 4pm on
September 10.
