Richmondshire residents will be able
to pick up a special cook book next week.
Crammed full of recipes for cooking a budget
it will be especially useful when pantry stocks are low at the end
of the month.
It will be available at a special one off
surgery to help Richmond residents find support through the
recession.
District Councillors from the town are joining
forces with representatives from the Energy Saving Trust,
Transition Richmond, Credit Union, Citizens Advice Bureau,
Volunteer Centre, Keyhouse, LETS, Richmondshire District
Councillor housing benefit officers and members of the Love Food
Hate Waste campaign.
The ‘Ease the Squeeze’ roadshow takes place at
Richmond Town Hall on October 12 from 6.30 – 8.30pm.
