TOP local band Hammer of Dawn will
play a second gig in Richmond this week.
They will join Bubblegum Thrash, Dial 9 for Juice and The
Experiment at the free concert organised by Richmondshire District
Youth Council (RDYC).
Hammer of Dawn were invited back after the success of the first
concert in January, which attracted well over 100 young people from
across Richmondshire. A gallery of photos from that event is
available at richmondshire.gov.uk/gallery.
The latest event is the second in a series of entirely free gigs
funded and arranged by RDYC, and aimed at young people aged between
11 and 19. The concerts are also supported by Richmondshire
District Council, North Yorkshire County Council, Connecting Youth
Culture and 4Youth.
Doors open at 7.30pm, at Richmond Town Hall, on Thursday,
February 28.
