* We recognise that some people cannot or do
not wish to work full time hours for a variety of different
reasons. Richmondshire District Council has a number of options for
working flexibly to accommodate the different needs and commitments
that individuals might have. However, whilst these options are, in
principle, available to all employees the needs of the service are
obviously important and some options simply may not be
operationally practical for certain jobs.
