The Landlord Services team is looking for an individual to provide and repair and maintenance service to the Council’s stock. The main duties will include virtually all aspects of building maintenance including plumbing, painting, bricklaying, roofing and joinery but excluding electrical and gas work. Due to the demands upon the service preference will be given to those who have a recognized qualification/ time served trade within bricklaying and roofing and/or experience of working in these areas.
