Welcome to the Annual Report for Tenants
2011. This report is the result of tenant consultation and
feedback together with internal monitoring across the landlord
service. The Report is framed around the 5 National Standards
which make up the regulatory framework which the landlord service
works within. This years report also includes information on
the ‘local offers’ developed using tenant feedback during
2010. Two versions were developed following feedback we
received from our tenant groups with the summary version being sent
to all tenants and the full version being available via the website
and on request.
