As a customer, you deserve a commitment from us to provide you
with a certain level of service. In conjunction with our customers,
we have written service standards for our different areas of our
work.
Our service standards tell you what you can expect from us, and
our contractors. If your experience of our services does not match
the standards that we have set, or you feel we could improve on the
service we provide, please let us know.

We monitor our service standards on a quarterly basis to check
we are meeting them.
* These are new standards for which we are developing
monitoring and feedback systems.
- Our aim is to review all our service standards every two years
with tenants to ensure we are delivery service which make a
difference to you.
