As well as providing homes, Richmondshire District Council
provides garages which you can apply to rent from us. You can rent
a garage from as little as £5.44 if you are a Council
tenant ort or £6.39 for non-tenants.
Although non-council tenants may apply to rent
garage priority will be given to a council tenant.
Complete and return the Garage Application Form or
contact the Housing Officer (Finance and Monitoring) on 01748
827187 for further details on garage locations and waiting
list.
Paying your Garage
Rent
You can pay your garage rent by either cash,
cheque, over the telephone or by Standing Order through the
bank.
Terminating you Garage
Tenancy
If you wish to terminate your garage tenancy,
you are required to give us one weeks notice in writing.
