If you wish to carry out any
improvements to your home, e.g. new light fittings, new doors,
connection of your own gas appliances, you will need to ask
permission from your Maintenance Manager. You must do this in
writing to Maintenance, Swale House, Frenchgate, Richmond, North
Yorkshire, DL10 4JE. You should not commence any improvements until
you have received communication from the Maintenance Manager.
