There are up to 3 charges associated with living in sheltered
housing:
- The rent for the accommodation
- There is a support charge for the warden and emergency call
services
- We clean the communal areas of the building and so a charge is
levied for this service
However if you are on a low income or in receipt of
certain benefits you may be entitled to help in meeting the cost of
these charges. More details can be obtained regarding this by
