How Do I Claim Benefit ?

You will need to complete an application form.  You can do this online using our online application form

You may also call into any one of our local community offices and the staff there will be able to help you with your application, if required.

 The application form will be date stamped on receipt and the evidence in support of the claim will be checked, photocopied and returned to you. We will also write to you at this stage to request any further information if necessary to process your claim.
